During 2023 I got interested in pixel art, so I began illustrating interesting buildings and friends apartments as a challenge. I use a consistent scale and as few colors as possible for a consistent look. The few illustrations evolved into an entire series that I have continued to work on. Some of my favorites are the larger buildings, I want there to only be a few canvas sizes, so I create the whole building then remove elements until they fit. This is a fun challenge while retaining their key design traits.
